COVID-19 Information

With concerns of COVID-19 impacting our community, we want to communicate our efforts to minimize the potential for exposure at the World Trade Center – Portland.  We are following this protocol to help our customers and guests stay safe and healthy:

• Hand sanitizer and masks are available in the lobbies.
• In addition to regular cleaning, janitorial staff are disinfecting “touch point” surfaces such as counters, door knobs, push bars, elevator buttons, etc. on a daily basis.
• We use disinfectant products approved by health authorities for combating COVID-19.
• Staff have been instructed to wash and sanitize their hands thoroughly and replace gloves as often as possible.
• Staff are encouraged to stay home if they are feeling sick or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.

The impact of COVID-19 on our community is a very fluid situation and the World Trade Center Portland will reevaluate and adjust policies as needed.  Our goal is to keep staff, tenants and guests of the World Trade Center Portland safe and healthy and we will work diligently to do so.
