Building One of the World Trade Center Portland is LEED (Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design) certified and has been awarded an ENERGY STAR rating from 2008 to current, putting WTC in the 92nd percentile of Energy Efficient office buildings in the country.
The World Trade Center Portland also enjoys considerable amenities that include a parking garage that can accommodate up to 480 cars, including 10 Electric Vehicles, 24|7 on site security officers, controlled building access and security cameras.
World Trade Center Portland also boasts Portland’s Electric Avenue which includes six Electric Vehicle parking spaces accessible by the public. By purchasing 100% of our electricity through Portland General Electric’s Green Future Enterprise we are able to support clean and green power and pass this on to guests who utilize Electric Avenue.
